Walker earned his MFA in residence with the TONY awarded San Francisco Mime Troupe before playing in nearly 600 different engagements during his first 4 Tinsel Town years. With PhilE soon to appear co-starring opposite 5 time Academy Award nominated Amy Adams in her HBO-TV mini-series Sharp Objects, he was last seen theatrically co-starring opposite Dan Stevens in episode #207 of the hot Marvel Television Legion series on FX. As well, Phil co-starred as the lead’s father in Academy nominated John Singleton’s hit FX-TV series Snowfall and was an Adult Swim-TV Tim and Eric’s Bedtime Stories comic co-star.

Cole's "ATM", the first music video from the new streaming record breaking album - "KOD".

Having acted in at least one commercial, industrial, promo , etc. and/or made a commercial live personal appearance every month since June of 2015, including currently airing commercials for State Farm, Jimmy John's, Nike & Popeye's, last year Phillip Eugene Walker shot again with La La Land OSCAR winning cinematographer Linus Sandgren. This time their hour long filming was in solo close-up for the “Heineken 0.0 | Ode to Openness | Open to All" Russian & European market product launch commercial campaign. With Phil's TTTT Barney the Purple Dinosaur impostor #207 episode appearance having first aired 1/29/17, he was also seen on 2017's Friday the 13th guest-starring as a Discovery ID-TV “Wives With Knives - Shear Rage” husband.

With its May 20, 2017 Vietnam World Premiere and the next day’s Official Worldwide Release at the 70th Festival de Cannes 2017 Short Film Corner, Phillip Eugene plays the http://DarkroomMovie.net lead in his most successful of fifty short films shot since April of 2015. Being David Schell's Junior student project, Darkroom has 14 film festival acknowledgments from 58+ selections in 14 countries on 6 continents plus 14 United States including Scotland's Edinburgh Festival Fringe plus Hollywood’s TCL Chinese 6 Theatre where it opened 2018 launching the African American Drama Company’s 40th Anniversary Phillip E. Walker Short Film Acting Retrospective Series at the Indie Night Film Festival.
