Having acted in eighty-two (82+) short films since discovering the art form in March of 2015, Phillip E. Walker quickly realized that most of these works were likely not to ever be seen by the public if he did not market the shorts himself. Therefore, applying B-School techniques which have brought success to many previous endeavors, PhilE is fast becoming one of the world's short film marketing experts.
