Having officially launched on January 2, 2022, Inland Empire Films (IEF) StreamingFilmChannel.com is the 44-year-old African American Drama Company's latest Phillip E. Walker Acting Retrospective Series. It's scheduled to add a new PhilE short film for subscribers to exclusively view on the Platform each month during 2022.

Concurrently during IEF's first year, non PhilE shorts will be considered for exclusive distribution during 2023 and beyond.

Striving to become the World's most indie artist friendly online short film & video distribution platform, all IEF exclusively distributed films or videos will share 10% of each month's new subscription GROSS income. Additionally, 25% of each new IEF subscription income will be paid to every new subscription secured by each distributed film or video.
